Pizza is a classic and staple food for people all over the world, and here at Iolo Pizza, we have the recipe just right. Our pizza is authentic in flavor because we import all the main ingredients from Italy, so you can be sure that you are enjoying truly Italian pizza. In addition to original flavors, we make our pizzas in an imported wooden oven, which adds a unique flavor to every bite. We allow our pizzas to bake in the wooden oven for two minutes at 800 degrees Fahrenheit. This formula has proven to result in perfect, piping hot pizza in a record time. Our pizza is light and crispy, every bite delivers a burst of rich flavor that will send you on a tasty trip to Italy. Once you sit down the casual and inviting environment that is infused with the wonderful smell of fresh pizza will captivate your entire family.

I was born in northern Italy, near Lake Garda (Brescia). I began my experience in the family restaurant at the age of 19. I started working in different places in Italy, and then went north to Denmark. In 1994 I moved to Miami, Florida. Then, I worked for a chain of restaurants in Aspen, Colorado, and later in Los Angeles. In 2000 I opened a pizzeria in Atlanta, Georgia. Throughout the years, I have worked with different chefs, and I have mastered different pizza making techniques, as well as how to work with wood-burning ovens. These learning experiences have resulted in a pizza with a rise time of 72 hours and without fat; making our pizza " light and digestible".
